Frequently Asked Questions
Parking: We have metered parking in the front on Georgia Ave as well as Vine & Oak Streets.
Gift Certificates: Salon Gift certificates are available to purchase online or for purchase with your individual Stylist.
Method of Payment: We accept Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.
Pre-Booking:We have several Stylists that are booked out weeks at a time. Book your next appointment before you leave the salon to guarantee your spot.
Cancellation & Late Policy
Please don't be late: We offer a 15 minute grace period for late arrivals. If you are running late we will do everything we can to accommodate you. If you are running more than 15 minutes late we may be unable to preform your full service.
Cancellations: If you must cancel or reschedule an appointment we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice. A Cancellation or missed appointment without a 24 hours notice will require a credit card be placed on file for all future appointments. Missed & cancelled appointments without 24 hours notice are subject to a cancellation fee up to the full service amount.
